Hutchinson Builders have been successful in securing stage 2 of the Gateway Shopping Centre Development in Palmerston NT.
Stage 2 of this development includes a Bulky Goods Retail or Home Improvement Centre of approximately 6,000-7,000sq.m.
The Principal of this project, Coombes Property Group / Challenger life Nominees Joint venture, wishes to create a new integrated retail, entertainment and large format retail facility which shall set a new benchmark for shopping centres in the greater Darwin region in the most convenient and community based environment and has prepared the Principal's project requirements (PPRs) to reflect this vision.
The site is located at the intersection of the Stuart Highway (to the North) and Roystonea Avenue (to the South). The site is triangular in shape with a total area of 4.22ha.
