Valuer-General Victoria Go Digital Project

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) is seeking to identify potential suppliers with the appropriate capabilities and experience to enable Valuer-General Victoria (VGV) to migrate its existing paper based valuation records into an electronic environment using the DELWP standard Office 365 and SharePoint online.

The business unit named Valuer-General Victoria (VGV) operates from within Land Use Victoria, a division of the Department of Environment, Land, Water & Planning (DELWP), and is the state’s independent authority on property valuations.  The Valuation of Land Act 1960 (the Act) establishes the process for the administration of government and rating and taxing valuations in Victoria.

The electronic system would provide VGV with a secure, centralised, information and document management repository system that would be used to store, share and manage critical and supporting documents for all VGV valuation, audit and business processes.

VGV is seeking interested suppliers who can either deliver the project as a whole or components of the individual work packages.

Interested suppliers should read the documentation relating to this Expression of Interest which is available for download from the Victorian Government Tender website www.tenders.vic.gov.au.

Suppliers registered with the Victorian Government e-Services register will be invited to respond to a Request for Tender (RFT) in November 2017.

Expressions of Interest close at 2.00 pm on Thursday 26 October 2017.

Interested suppliers must be registered with the Victorian Government e-Services Register to participate in the RFT.
