Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the provision of scheduled servicing and testing of standby generator sets at Council buildings.
Council currently has five (5) generator systems that serve as back-up power supplies. As part of providing business continuity to these buildings, these generator sets are required to be maintained and tested to ensure standby capabilities are fully available at all times.
The Services to be performed under this contract include:
* Providing monthly servicing and testing;
* Six (6) monthly load testing;
* Alternative six (6) monthly load bank testing;
* Corrective maintenance;
* Fuel and oil sample integrity tests; and
* Fuel replenishment services.
Servicing will be performed on a scheduled basis with corrective maintenance executed on an as required basis.
