Community Leadership Program 2018-2020

⁠⁠⁠This contract is for the provision of the design and delivery of a Community Leadership Program. It is intended that the program will run annually over a three year period. The contract will be for one year with options of two, one year extensions.

In general terms it will include the following items:
* Program set up and design
* Delivery of workshops
* Delivery of an information session, launch, mid-point networking dinner and graduation
* Delivery of a mentor induction, mid-point reflection, final reflection and ongoing informal support for mentors
* Deliver of a participant evaluation session
* Coordinate guest speakers to regularly attend workshop sessions
* Community project coordination including attendance at key project milestones
* Deliver Leadership Forum/Workshop run independently from the program
* Draft a final program outcomes and evaluation report

Tenders will be received until 4.00pm, Wednesday, 1st November 2017.
