Tender Description
This proposal seeks to undertake a customer consultation study with the aim to develop a high level water quality road map for the Bureau.
This proposed consultation will provide the opportunity to identify and engage with customers of water quality information, and to see how their needs could be met.
A water quality roadmap will address:
- who are the customers,
- in what type of water quality information is required by which sector and
- in which form (format, frequency) and by which tools should this information be delivered.
The outcome of this study will support the Bureau's investment decision in reporting and developing water quality products to meet its mandate by the Australian Water Act 2007.
