Tender Description
Snowy Valleys Council is located in the western foothills of the Snowy Mountains, approximately half way between Sydney and Melbourne. It has a population of around 14,000 people, and covers 8,960 square kilometres.
Agriculture and softwood timber industries, including Australia's largest softwood processing mill provide the region's economic base. Tumut, Tumbarumba, Batlow and Adelong are the largest townships in the council area.
Snowy Valleys Council (SVC) is seeking expressions of interest to conduct a community engagement project to assist staff in preparing Council's Community Strategic Plan (CSP) 2018-2028.
