Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Yarra Ranges Council is seeking quotes from consultants for a landscape assessment of Healesville’s town centre and gateways.

The objectives of this project are to:
1. Undertake a landscape assessment of Healesville’s gateways and town centre to identify significant features of the landscape within these areas that are worthy of protection.
2. Draft planning controls which would protect and maintain the identified significant elements of the landscape character including trees and built form.
3. Respond to actions identified as part of the Healesville Structure Plan 2016.
