The City of Bunbury requires the services of an experienced Contractor to undertake natural resource management works in the City of Bunbury owned/managed lands. This work includes the management of several high profile conservation reserves within the City including Big Swamp, Pelican Point Wetland and land contained with the proposed Preston River to Ocean Regional Park (PRORP) which includes Manea Park, Hay Park and Maidens Reserve.

The proposed scope of work including includes but is not limited to the following:
Weed Control
a) Submission of a Weed Control Works Plan
b) Seasonal control of weeds at revegetation and bushland regeneration project sites
c) Control of declared and priority weeds
d) Introduced grass control
e) Control of weeds around the perimeter of Big Swamp and the Mangroves
f) Woody weed control
g) Typha control
h) Spraying firebreaks
i) Data collection

Miscellaneous NRM Works
a) Rubbish removal
b) Contract planting
c) Fence / bollard and gate maintenance, repair and removal
d) Seed collection
e) Contract watering
f) Other general Natural Resource Management activities as requested by the Principal
