Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City of Subiaco requires a fully accredited contractor to conduct preventative maintenance and cleaning of six (6) automatic toilet facilities as specified in this contract documentation, for a period of three years, with the option of two one-year extension periods at the absolute discretion of the Principal.
