Alterations to Murgon Courthouse
The State of Queensland through the Department of Transport and Main Roads (“Eligible Customer”) is inviting Offers for the abovementioned works.
The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:
* Construction of two new service positions
* Construction of internal partitions
* Other associated works including floor coverings
This is a lump sum construction contract, not subject to rise and fall, with an anticipated construction period of one week.
A mandatory site inspection will be held on Thursday 12 October 2017 at 11.30am.
Tenders will be accepted until 5pm, Thursday 26 October 2017 and shall be lodged online through the Queensland Government’s QTender website https://www.hpw.qld.gov.au/qtenders/.
Cut-off for requests for clarification or further information is 13 day prior to the Closing Date.
Offers are to remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days after the closing date.
