Tender Description
Monash Health Dental Services are looking for service providers that have the capacity, capability, experience and infrastructure to supply dental prosthesis and associated services.
This includes but not limited to:
* Complete and partial acrylic dentures
* Partial cobalt/chromium dentures
* Denture repairs including repair of bases and clasps and the addition of teeth and clasps
* Denture relines
* Orthodontic appliances
* Crowns and Bridges
* Occlusal Splints
* Sleep Apnoea appliances
* Mouthguards
Note:
* The volumes in Attachment 1 - Tender Pricing Schedule are indicative. FY16/17 volumes will be provided at a later date as an addendum
* The volumes for Dandenong (Zone 2) are likely to reduce because Monash Health has recently established its own in-house dental laboratory
* Site visits will be arranged after shortlisting
