Tender Description
The Tender for Minor Civil Works - Rehabilitation of Select Local Roads WO 11.17 identifies proposed locations in Separable Portions 1-5 together with indicative treatments. The works are located on a number of local roads, however for the term of the contract and in accordance with the schedule of rates submitted, works may extend to additional Regional and Local roads under Council's management.
The scope of Works includes:
Preparation, Submission and Approval of Quality, Safety, Environment and Traffic Management Plans;
Site Establishment;
Traffic Control;
Erosion & Sediment Control, Set Out, Utilities Location & Protection;
Clearing & Grubbing;
Earthworks;
Drainage Works;
Nominal 20mm Gravel Overlay (DGS 20);
Compaction and Shaping;
Final Trim & Level Control;
Application of Seal;
Guidepost Installation;
Removal of Surplus Material and Clean-Up;
Site Commissioning / De Commissioning; Establishment and Maintenance of Traffic Control;
Maintenance and Reinstatement of Stockpiles;
Community Liaison;
Records Management.
