Tender Description
To engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant(s) to provide a range of quantity surveying, cost management and value engineering services for the design and construction phases of the Library and Cultural Centre (Centre) and a Forward Works Package (Forward Works) for site servicing including utilities, road, drainage and street lighting works.
