Tender Description
The Office of Major Infrastructure Delivery (OMID) is leading the delivery of the Acacia Prison Expansion Project (APEP) on behalf of the Department of Justice.
The project is currently in the procurement phase to appoint a suitably qualified Head Contractor, to lead the delivery of the Design and Construction of the expansion works. The contract is expected to be awarded to the Head Contractor in mid-2026.
OMID is hereby seeking to engage a Cost Consultant to provide expert cost advisory services to the State throughout the design and construction phases of the project.
