Tender Description
Procurement Australia on behalf of its members, Cemetery Trusts, Local Government, Local Government Libraries, Library Corporations, Statutory Authorities, Not for Profit Organisations, Private Organisations, Tertiary Educational Institutions and Water Authorities is currently developing specifications for the above mentioned tender to be released in November 2017.
This tender is to establish panel providers to service members’ requirements nationally. We do not seek the services of individual tradespeople; rather, organisations that can provide an integrated end-to-end service under a “Prime Vendor” arrangement.

Category 1: Maintenance Services incorporating:
* Management Services
* Plumbing Services
* Carpentry Services
* Electrical Services
* HVAC Services
* Essential Safety Measures
* Lift Maintenance
* Painting Services
* Handyman Services
* Glazing Services
Category 2: Asset Management Services incorporating:
* Asset Lifecycle Management
* Facility Maintenance Audits
* Maintenance Planning
This category list is still under development and may change. Respondents to the resultant tender will have the discretion to tender for any one or both categories or part thereof.
To enable appropriate consultation of the industry on the requirements of the tender and to invite feedback. Procurement Australia is convening a Supplier Tender Briefing, the details of which are:
Venue: Sydney CBD/Venue to be confirmed to RSVP respondents
Date: Wednesday 18 October 2017
Time: 11.00am to 12.00pm
The briefing is open to all Prime Vendor suppliers in the above mentioned categories.
