Servicing and Maintenance of Lift Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Council has a variety of lift equipment that requires periodic maintenance services. Lift Equipment is to be regularly maintained and serviced ensuring high standards, operational readiness and must comply with Queensland Government safety regulations.

Tenders are invited to provide comprehensive maintenance, compliance and testing services to the lift equipment in accordance with legislative requirements.

The maintenance and testing requirements include:
* Scheduled testing and maintenance;
* Corrective maintenance; and
* Emergency response / after-hours call out as required.

The successful Contractor will be required to establish a program, maintain an asset register and complete post service reporting to Council’s requirements as detailed within supporting documents.
