Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to request information from respondents on the capability and capacity, to assist Comcare and its working group members (listed at Annex A) to develop specifications for a National eCertificate of Capacity software and/or system that will allow various end users timely and secure access to certificates of capacity on a national scale.
Comcare will use this information to assess current capability, capacity and technologies that may suit its current and future ongoing business requirements and may develop an acquisition strategy and an appropriate approach to market.
