Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Glasshouse Christian College Invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified builders for the construction of a new Music Centre and Sports Centre at their P-12 College in Beerwah, QLD.

The project consists of: Project 1 : Construction of a new 720sqm Music Centre and associated stairs, ramp and site services infrastructure Project 2 : Construction of a new 1450sqm Sports Centre and associated gym, walkways and site services infrastructure Tenders will be invited mid-October 2017 for construction commencing in December 2017.

Please provide a concise summary of previous relevant experience, work in progress, value of projects and ability to meet construction deadlines.
