Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant to develop an updated Moreland Integrated Transport Strategy and a Parking Strategy including documentation for implementation through a planning scheme amendment.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
It is the responsibility of the tenderer to ensure that tenders are received in the electronic tender box by the deadline. Ensure your tender is loaded and submitted prior to the submission time.
