Tender Description
The Department of Education (DET) is calling for submissions from suitably qualified Contractors for the design and construction of refurbishment works at Eagleby Learning College (“The Works”).
Submissions from Principal Contractors is sought for the design and construction of internal and external refurbishmemnt works to Block E (Block E Refurbishment Project). Experience with projects on live school sites is preferred. The project will be procured under a Design and Construction Medium Works Contract with Design conditions.
