Expression of Interest - Headspace Lead Agency

⁠⁠⁠Capital Health Network (CHN)-Australian Capital Territory Primary Health Network,and COORDINARE-South Eastern New South Wales Primary Health Network, invite Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from providers interested in submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP) to become a lead agency for headspace services in Canberra, Queanbeyan and Bega Valley.

headspace offers early intervention services for 12 to 25 year olds across the key areas of mental health; related physical health; social and vocational support; and alcohol and other drug use.

headspace Canberra and Queanbeyan are currently operated by headspace Services Limited, a subsidiary of headspace National Office. headspace Bega Valley is a new headspace service, funded in the most recent round of headspace services and is yet to be established.

CHN and COORDINARE will be undertaking a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) process to identify lead agencies for these services and are currently developing the relevant documentation. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released in October 2017, accompanied by an industry briefing. The RFP will include service specifications for each of the services and the evaluation criteria.

In the interim, CHN and COORDINARE would like to determine the level of interest in the three headspace services through an EOI process. To express interest, please complete and submit the EOI form to MHSPcommissioning@coordinare.org.au by close of business 27 September 2017. Please note that this EOI process is not competitive and responses will not be assessed.
