Tender Description
Extend existing building to increase its capacity, improve working environment with new office arrangement including senior management staff, engineering and administration staff workspace, meeting rooms, customer service area, kitchenette, lunch room, server room with breakout areas in-between. Approximately 20 members of staff to be accommodated.
Council is requesting quotations for the design to modify the existing Darlington Point Office.
Quotations will be received up until 4.00pm on Tuesday 3 October 2017.
