Expressions of interest are sought from suitability qualified persons, consultants or business analysists to present Kempsey Shire Council with financial options concerning the Judith Evill Units, 53 Tozer Street, West Kempsey.
The Council owned property consists of 12 one bedroom units currently managed by council.
Council options with regard to this asset, include but are not limited to, retaining ownership and continue to lease the units, sell the asset, lease the site for ongoing management or develop the site. Council is seeking professional services to provide recommendations as to the most beneficial option for the Council and the community.
