Tender Description
The Facilities and Services Group (FSG) at Swinburne University is responsible for all repairs and maintenance across all of Swinburne’s Victorian campuses, including the supply, repair and maintenance of furniture. As part of their responsibilities, FSG ensures that all work is carried out and supplied by reputable companies with adequate skill and expertise.
Currently FSG has a panel of preferred furniture suppliers in place to meet Swinburne’s furniture requirements. The purpose of this RFT is to refresh this panel.
Swinburne is calling for Tenders in order to create a Preferred Supplier Panel for the delivery, supply and assembly of furniture. Other required services include furniture layout services. Swinburne’s furniture requirements will vary depending on need, and Tenderers should note that this may include, for example, furniture for classrooms, offices and laboratories.
