Catering Operators Expression of Interest

⁠⁠⁠New Year’s Eve attracts over 550,000 people to the city to celebrate the beginning of a new year. The 2017 program will include a 9.30pm fireworks display at Yarra Park and midnight fireworks across the CBD.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​For NYE 2017 the City of Melbourne is seeking expressions of interest from catering operators to participate at one of the four live sites at Treasury Gardens, Flagstaff Gardens, Kings Domain or Docklands. The focus of the event is free entertainment in the lead up to the midnight fireworks. The City of Melbourne is seeking to engage a broad range of catering options.

Opportunities to be involved are limited and final selection of successful operators will be the responsibility of the City of Melbourne. Submission of the NYE 2017 Catering Operators Expression of Interest and any associated materials does not guarantee inclusion into the NYE 2017 event.
