Request for Fee Proposal - 2017 Sparkles Illumination

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking the services of a professional firm to advise on, plan, design, create and construct/implement the Sparkles illumination and projection in Parkes in December 2017 and January 2018.

The project will be a night time attraction, encouraging locals, visitors and tourists to share in Parkes' festive season, followed closely by the Elvis Festival.

The illumination will be a key feature of Council's Christmas and Elvis campaigns and will be supported by a marketing and promotional strategy implemented by Parkes Shire Council.

Submissions close at 4pm on Tuesday 12th September, 2017.
