Provision of Video Services for the Office of the Coordinator General

⁠⁠⁠The Office of the Coordinator General (OCG) is seeking responses to this Invitation for the provision of goods and/or services as outlined in Part A.2 - Specifications.

OCG is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of the Major Transport Infrastructure Program (MTIP), which is delivered through Administrative Offices and currently includes the Level Crossing Removal project, Mernda Rail Extension (delivered by the Level Crossing Removal Authority (LXRA)), Metro Tunnel, Ballarat Line Upgrade (delivered by the Melbourne Metro Rail Authority (MMRA)), West Gate Tunnel (delivered by the Western Distributor Authority (WDA)) and North East Link project (delivered by the North East Link Authority (NELA)).

Videography services are required to support the delivery of effective digital communications across MTIP, and are necessary to communicate key project issues to the community and stakeholders, as well as informing the public about information and progress related with the development and delivery of the MTIP.
