Construction of the Penshurst Park Indoor Cricket Centre

⁠⁠⁠ABOUT THE RFT: Council is seeking an experienced Contractor to construct a premium indoor cricket training facility. The works will include the construction of indoor wickets, amenities, office and kitchen, plus outdoor turf and synthetic wickets. All designs have been developed in consultation with Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW to ensure the delivery of this project meets their training needs. The works also include the demolition of the existing redundant bowling club on Percival Street, Penshurst (at King Georges Road).

REGISTRATION: This is an open tender. RFT conditions, specifications and forms may be obtained as from 9.00 am Tuesday 5 September 2017 by registering (see option below), alternatively full Tender documents can be obtained after paying a non-refundable fee of $206 (incl. GST) from the Georges River Council , Civic Centre, Ground Floor, McMahon Street, Hurstville.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can be submitted in via the electronic tender box (preferred) (see option below) using the attached protected word version of the Tender Document. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission or contact TenderLink Customer Support on 1800 233-533. Alternatively submissions can be placed in a sealed envelope and endorsed with the tender title, number and closing date and time, and placed in the Georges River Council, Civic Centre, Ground Floor, McMahon Street, Hurstville by the nominated date and time. 

The canvassing of Councillors or Council staff will automatically disqualify tenderers. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered. Selection criteria will be used in assessing tenders.

Only tender submission received from tenderers who have purchased the tender document online or from Customer Services will be considered. Tenderers must include in their tender submission a proof copy of their purchase and/or a download receipt.
