Knox City Council (Council)invites consultants to engage with Council with respect to developing and implementing an organisational wide Lean program that will be transformational in terms of driving better value and outcomes for our community through process improvement and enhancement of operational efficiency. The developed program will be proprietary and branded internally as Knox Lean.
The objective of Knox Lean is to:
* Design an organisational wide program which includes the use of the Lean toolkit and development of Lean capability. The program is to be tailored to suit various organisational roles and responsibilities and needs of specific business units. The program is to include pilot areas with a view to test and refine the program design followed by overall deployment of program.
* Design and implement Lean and change leadership methodologies, tools and techniques to an appropriate level for Executive, Senior Management and Coordinators/Team Leaders and other team members as appropriate.
* To ensure that frameworks are in place to derive measureable benefits and sustain Lean practices within the organisation.
