This Expression of Interest seeks an experienced business incubator professional to work with LandCorp and others on the development of a Feasibility Study for a business incubator to be located within LandCorp's Meridian Park Industrial Estate, Neerabup.

The successful Proponent will work with LandCorp on a Feasibility Study for a business incubator.

If the Feasibility Study is approved to proceed by LandCorp the Proponent may be invited to participate in subsequent project phases including detailed design of the incubator and potentially to become the operator should the business incubator meet investment decision requirements.
