Turf Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠11145 - This contract will contain two primary parts; the provision of quality grass cutting services and turf renovation and specialised turf maintenance services.

Grass Cutting
The successful contractor/s shall provide plant, materials, labour, supervision and resources required to undertake services necessary for the grass cutting at nominated sites. The contractor will be required to provide rotary, cylinder and fine cut mowing to specified quality standards at a defined frequency of service.

Sports Turf Renovation & Specialised Turf Maintenance Services.

The successful contractor/s shall provide plant, materials, labour, supervision and resources required to undertake sports turf renovation and specialised turf maintenance services. The serviced provided shall include but not be limited to:
* Fertilising
* De-compaction (verti-drain, coring, slicing, earthquaking etc)
* Top Dressing
* Over sowing
* Re-turfing with sod and dressing
* Re-dressing
* Re-levelling of surface
* Scarifying or De-thatching
* Fertilizer and chemical application
