Woronora Memorial Park
The Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust seek mandatory lump sum tenders (with the option to provide possible cost savings alternatives) for the construction of a new 515m2 Cremator Facility at the Woronora Memorial Park, Sutherland.
The purpose designed facility is to house three (3) Client pre-purchased cremators and to be supplied and installed by a Nominated Subcontractor. The facility also contains an Operation Hall, Control Room, Processing Rooms, Staff Amenities, Storage, Vehicle Delivery Bay and external parking and landscaping provisions.
