Department of Industry – Lands and Forestry is seeking applications by Expression of Interest (EOI) for the future management of the C.B Newling Centre (Former Armidale Teachers College).
The Crown land is situated on Dangar Street, being Lot 78 DP 905545 & Lot 1 DP 1055438, Parish Armidale, County Sandon, with an approximate area of 3.9ha.

The EOI Call Documents contain the details of the site, the criteria to be addressed in an EOI and the conditions pertaining to the EOI process.
All EOI’s submitted will be subject to a review of compliance prior to acceptance. Valid EOI’s will then be assessed against the EOI Criteria.
The EOI Call Documents are available until the closing date of Friday 15 September 2017.
