Ottrey Homes Aged Care.
Ottrey Homes invites suitably qualified builders to register an Expression of Interest for the construction of a new administration wing and two new bedrooms at the existing Ottrey Homes Aged Care facility, 16 Campbell Road, Cobram.
An EOI shall contain the following information:
Experience of similar works undertaken in the last five years.
A CV of the company.
References from at least 3 organisations that the firm has undertaken similar work in the last 5 years.
Master Builder registration details.
EOI to be emailed to Ken Blair at: kblair@blairarchitects.com.au by Wednesday 30 August 2017 at 3:00pm. A selected tender list shall be assembled after the close of the EOI process.
