Tender Description
The Department of Transport and Main Roads is seeking to enter into an Early Contractor Involvement procurement process for the Smithfield Bypass Project.
The Smithfield Bypass is a new 3.8-kilometre bypass of the Captain Cook Highway (CCH) between Yorkeys Knob Road and McGregor Road, about 10 kilometres north of Cairns CBD.
The prequalification levels for the project are:
* Prequalification construction: R4, B3, A3, F75
* Prequalification design: BD3, GE3, HE3, HD3, TE3
