Tender Package for Plant and Mechanical Hire Equipment
This is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) that is required to be completed prior to issuing any Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation in relation to the Plant and Mechanical Hire Equipment tender.
The PQQ is important to ensure your organisation has the required financial stability, company policies and further information to pre-qualify for the ITT stage. The ITT will be issued to the suppliers that complete and pass the PQQ stage.
Please ensure you read all the information carefully and respond to each section as required.
You are required to submit this PQQ and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via the Q-Tender portal.
Your response in full must be submitted no later than 17:00hrs (AEST) on Wednesday 30 August 2017.
Failure to respond within this time frame may result in you being excluded from the ITT.
You Must Complete the NDA and Pass the PQQ to Receive the ITT.
