Expression of Interest Abbotsford Convent Foundation Magdalen Laundries Restoration and Conservation Project

Williams Boag Architects, on behalf of the Abbotsford Convent Foundation, is inviting interested parties to submit an Expression of interest for main contactor services for the above project. The two buildings are part of the site on the Victorian Heritage Register VHR H0951

This Expression of Interest is for a construction project to be tendered by this office in October 2017 and is scheduled to start on site in late November 2017.

Evaluation and Assessment Criteria:
* Capability and experience in restoration and refurbishment of heritage buildings
* Financial Capability
* Resources and availability, Additional weighting applied to Contractors with women actively participating in the project delivery
* References relating to experience, performance emphasizing time, cost, quality and variation management
* Local Area Content

Contractors must be able to demonstrate experience and strong capabilities in previous work on sensitive heritage building and preferably those on the Heritage Register.

Expression of Interest Submission: EOI submission closes at 2.00pm on Tuesday 5th September 2017 and lodged at the offices of Williams Boag Architects, 51 Leicester Street Carlton 3053.
