Tender Description
The Development and Planning Department of the Fraser Coast Regional Council is responsible for the processing of formal development applications pursuant to the Planning Act 2016.
Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified and experienced companies to work with Council to deliver a service excellence charter and develop and deliver an internal referral service level agreement.
The project objectives are:
Service Excellence Charter
* Recognise the range in types of customers and nature of customer interactions involving the Development & Planning Department;
* Ensure the charter is developed and agreed to by all stakeholders in the DA process and fit for purpose relative to resources and required levels of service; and
* Align customer service expectations both internally and externally.
Internal Referral Service Level Agreement
* Identify organisational roles and responsibilities in the DA process;
* Identify optimum internal referral timeframes (provision of information to DA to continue assessment process within legislative timeframes); and
* Establish agreed protocols by all internal stakeholders.
A proposal including methodology for delivery and quotation price must be addressed to the Executive Manager Development and Planning, clearly marked "Development and Planning - Service Excellence Charter and Internal Referral Service Level Agreement", and emailed to James.Cockburn@frasercoast.qld.gov.au no later than 12 noon, Friday, 25 August, 2017.
Submitters should note that the lowest (or any) quotation may not necessarily be accepted.
