REQUEST FOR TENDER
Langford is a not for profit community organisation providing support for people with disabilities and mental illness in the Southern Tasmanian Community.
The organisation has been operating for over 40 years and is currently in a process of extensive change and development.
Langford is seeking tender proposals for the review and redevelopment of the organisations policy and procedure suite. Inclusive of the development of the online policy and procedure learning resources for existing and new team members.
Langford is seeking tenders from individuals or organisations that are able to review and redevelop policy and procedure that reflects sector development, person centred approach to service delivery and an organisation structure that is flat and based on coaching practices for team development and support.
