Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T03-18 to undertake footpath works at three different locations and road resurfacing works at Stacey Street, Greenacre (Concrete works only). These works are divided in four separable portions as follows:
* Separable Portion 1: Stacey Street Resurfacing from Marcella Street to Fairford Road (mainly concrete only)
* Separable Portion 2: Construction of footpath at Chelmsford Avenue from Chapel Road to 26 Chelmsford Avenue
* Separable Portion 3: Construction of footpath at Chiswick Street from Noble Ave to Waterloo Road
* Separable Portion 4: Construction of footpath at Birdwood Road from Hishion Place to Bellevue Ave North
Tenderers are required to submit individual lump sum price for each separable portion.
Council retains the right to award the contract on a separable portions basis. Tenderers may submit a tender for one or all of the separable portions.
Should the four separable potions be awarded to one Tenderer, then the entire works under the contract must be completed on or before 17/11/2017.
