18010 - Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably skilled, qualified, and experienced contractors to submit a tender for the construction of the Roma Netball Court Facility. The completed project aims to deliver Roma and the wider Maranoa region access to a superior playing area for local, inter-district and regional netball training and competitions.
Maranoa Regional Council has committed to building a quality netball precinct equal to other regional facilities in Queensland, to meet the current needs of school, social and competitive members while allowing for the projected growth of this popular sport.
The Works include the construction of eight concrete netball courts (excluding surfacing), clubhouse construction, site fencing and lighting. Council reserves the right to award Part A (court area) and B (clubhouse) to separate Contractors. The Tenderer is to ensure each schedule is priced to reflect this.
