Provision of Cleaning Services

⁠⁠⁠Tender for the provision of Cleaning Services for the Civil Service Association of WA Inc.

To provide full detail cleaning service for a period of 2 years, commencing on 1st August 2017 and ending 30th July 2019.

Tender Opens Wednesday 9th August 2017 and closes Wednesday, 23rd August 2017.

Forms to be collected from Level 5 445 Hay Street Perth between 9:00 am and 5:00pm business days.

The Cleaning tender consists of three (3) Tenders:
Tender 1:
Supply of cleaning services for the common area property located at 445 Hay Street Perth
(All toilets, lobby's, carparks, driveways, stairwells, lifts etc) Full details in tender document.

Tender 2:
Complete office cleaning service of The CPSU/CSA Head Office located on Level 5 445 Hay Street Perth.
Supply of comprehensive cleaning services. Full details in tender document.

Tender 3 :
Complete cleaning service for the CPSU/CSA conference and training centre located on Level 6 445 Hay Street Perth.

The Form of Contract will be the Standard Conditions of Engagement for Commercial cleaning services. The scope of service is detailed in the tender documents.

Tenders must be returned to Level 5 CSA Centre and placed in the tender box. Tenders sent to any other address will be deemed invalid tenders. Unsigned tenders/tender proposal forms will likewise be deemed invalid tenders. The signature for the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form must be that of a Principal or Director of the firm. Tenders must be in the format prescribed in the Form of Tender/Tender Proposal Form and all required documents must be submitted.

Tenders must be submitted by hand, or by registered post The onus is on the sender to obtain proof of delivery of any tender unless sent by registered post or recorded delivery.

All queries in relation to this tender must be submitted by e-mail to tony.spencer@cpsucsa.org as soon as possible and in any event not later than 5 working days before the latest time for receipt of tenders.

Tenders will be assessed in accordance with Guidance on Procuring Services Candidates may visit the site by appointment.
