Tender Package for Staging (Opening and Closing)
Jack Morton Worldwide is seeking a staging contractor to be responsible for the design, rental, installation, operation, maintenance and removal of the stage structures and surfaces for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
This is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) that is required to be completed prior to issuing any Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation in relation to the Staging (Opening and Closing) tender.
The PQQ is important to ensure your organisation has the required financial stability, company policies and further information to pre-qualify for the ITT stage. The ITT will be issued to the suppliers that complete and pass the PQQ stage.
Please ensure you read all the information carefully and respond to each section as required.
You are required to submit this PQQ and signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) via the Q-Tender portal.
Your response in full must be submitted no later than 17:00hrs (AEST) on Friday 11 August 2017.
Failure to respond within this time frame may result in you being excluded from the ITT.
You Must Complete the NDA and Pass the PQQ to Receive the ITT.
