Expression of Interest for Design and Construction of Luggage Point and Gibson Island STPs High Voltage Equipment Renewals and Fire System Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Queensland Urban Utilities (QUU) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) Submissions from organisations or consortia with the suitable and industry recognized capabilities, capacity and commitment to successfully deliver the “Design and Construction of Luggage Point and Gibson Island STPs High Voltage Equipment Renewals and Fire System Upgrade”.

This EOI is the first stage of a two stage procurement process.

QUU will evaluate the EOI Submissions in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the EOI and may shortlist a number of Proponents which will be invited to participate in an Invitation to Offer (ITO) process (the second stage of the procurement process) by submitting formal contractual bids to undertake the design and construction work.
