Lift Replacement, Flood Damaged Lifts City Hall, Gordon Pavilion and GSAC

⁠⁠⁠The Lismore CBD was affected by floodwaters on 30 March 2017 inundating the Lismore City Hall and The Gordon Pavilion Sports Ground. The lifts contained in both premises were badly damaged by the inundation and due to the type of lift and the extent of the damage both lifts require replacement.

As part of this tender the council has decided to replace the obsolete disable access lift located at the Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre.

This Project comprises the Full Removal and Full Replacement Works of two (2) water damaged Hydraulic Lifts with Machine Roomless traction lifts (MRL) and the Full Removal and Replacement Works of one (1) Roped Traction MRL AS1735 Part 16 lift located at the following Council Owner Properties:
* Passenger Lift at Lismore City Hall 1 Bounty Street Lismore NSW
* Passenger Lift at The Gordon Pavilion Magellan Street Lismore NSW
* Disable Access Passenger at The Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre 1 Wallerawang Drive Goonellabah NSW.
