Contract for Responsive Maintenance Repairs, Vacant Property Works Major Works and Out of Hours Emergency Callouts.
Community Housing Limited are inviting tenders in South Australia for maintenance services to its portfolio of residential properties in various locations. The proposed Contract will comprises the following Work streams:
* Responsive Repairs (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours);
* Out of Hours Emergency Work;
* Major Works;
* Vacant Property Inspections; and
* Vacant Property Works;
Orders will be placed throughout the Contract Period for Works to individual Properties. Properties are likely to be occupied by Tenants of the Client whilst the Works are undertaken. Works may take place to any or all of the Clients Properties.
The Client expects the same high levels of satisfaction with the Works to be enjoyed across all ethnic groups. This will be the subject of regular review throughout the Contract Period and action will be required where necessary.
