The University of Wollongong (UOW) seeks suitably skilled and qualified project management organisations to provide project management services for future UOW projects including:
* Northfields Avenue, streetscape upgrade and HV undergrounding of existing overhead power poles and wires
* Thermal comfort campus HVAC upgrade project
* Campus LED replacement rollout
* Campus buildings Photovoltaic system installation project
* Refurbishment and upgrade of remote campus sites
The scope of work under the proposed future contract, will be a general project management approach that will include the following services:
* Design management,
* Contract management
* Project co-ordination,
* Quality management,
* WHS management,
* Environmental management,
* Program management,
* Cost management.
* Risk Management
* Site management
* Handover and commissioning
