Tender Description
The Principal intends to construct improvements to the Administration area at the City's Works Depot. The works involve modifications to existing car park areas, construction of new car park areas, construction of a new administration building, modifications to the existing Administration Building with associated services and installation of new security fencing and gates. Tenders are sought from licensed Contractors who can demonstrate the relevant experience and skills in relation to the project.
