Tender Description
Capital Health Network (ACT PHN), through the ACT PHN Primary Mental Health Care Program, has been funded to commission regionally appropriate, evidence based, primary mental health services within a stepped care approach.
The psychological interventions service commissioned by ACT PHN better supports:
* young people with or at risk of a severe mental illness; and
* adults with moderate to severe symptoms of a mental health condition and complex needs.
To enhance these services, ACT PHN is introducing a service navigation and vocational support function to ensure that clients’ other health and recovery needs are being addressed.
ACT PHN is seeking proposals from potential Suppliers to provide a Service Navigation and Vocational Support service commencing 1 October 2017.
This Request for Proposal process commenced 14 July 2017.
The closing date and time for the RFP is 12pm (noon) Friday 4 August 2017.
