Tender Description
EAP services sought include:
* Professional psychological and counselling services to employees and their immediate families
* Coaching services
* Manager assist
* Critical incident and crisis management services
Mandatory requirements include:
* Capability of providing counselling support over the phone and face to face
* Adequate coverage and services provisions across all NSW Department of Industry locations
* Flexibility of reporting with tracking of service usage and pricing schedule while maintaining client confidentiality
* Promotion, material and resources need to be available and accessible to NSW Department of Industry.
Critical to the provision of a successful EAP program is provider’s capacity to deliver service in limited time frames to employees based in all NSW state-wide locations.
